Merry Christmas to those who celebrate! This is one of the gifts my husband got me.

You know… me living in the soft-launch home version of Gilead. Gilead the prequel. I laughed so hard and he didn’t know why. Of course I followed it with “Thank You.” He said, “well we never finished the show so I thought you’d want to know the rest of the story. You wanted to know how it ends.”

You know… me the English major who has definitely read this book. He knows me so well 😩

I said “oh I know how the story ends, but I’m excited to read it again.”

What he doesn’t know is my prequel version of Gilead ends in T-20 days. That’s right I’ve gone from two year planning to a matter of just months.

There is a 92 day mandatory period after he’s served… and that’s if he’s agreeable afterward. However, I cannot wait to write about the crazy shit I found while preparing my documents for filing. I discovered it two days ago and I’m damn near giddy about it. But it’s going to be a pretty serious legal matter so I can’t disclose it.

Anyway that’s the Christmas present to myself. Hope you spend the day with people you love and that love you in the way that you deserve!
